• Always check the website or with the Tournament Director of your event for extra info.

• All teams must be registered with ALL WORLD SPORTS and have roster online
   to participate in any of our events.

• All teams must have team insurance.

• Players must be entered on your roster how their name appears on their birth certificates

Do not enter a tournament unless you are 100% certain you will be playing. 
If you enter and do not show you will be responsible for entire entry fee and may be
subject to suspension If pulling out after entry deadline, brackets are done or game
times are posted then you will owe entire entry fee!
Bounced checks and late pull outs are a mandatory fee of $50.
Late means, after entering you pull out on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before
the event. If having to pull out of a tournament after entering please make sure to call
and email us!

• Make sure you get a confirmation from us stating we got your message!

• Make sure your team is legal for the division you are entering - No Sandbagging!!

Never send payment in the mail unless you include entry sheet or note with
team and event info.

IT IS VERY EASY TO START YOUR OWN TEAM WITH ALL WORLD SPORTS

• Registration is your first step the $35 annual fee will allow you to create a
  username and password and be a sanctioned team with AWS.

• You must also enter a complete roster online. It is the manager’s responsibility
   to input roster properly.

• Make sure all names and date of births are accurate.

• Names must be typed in as the show on driver’s license for adults and
  as they show on birth certificates for youths.

4 THINGS TO DO BETWEEN NOW AND FIRST TOURNAMENT.
1. Register annually and add on line roster

    covering team if you don’t have current coverage


3. Compile copies of birth cert's for players put in your own folder with copy of
    team insurance and roster, so you have at all times to show each director for
    future All World events you play.

Policies
RAIN-OUT CREDITS:

• 0 games played: (100% future credit) or 85% refund due to the fact we have many
  pre-tournament expenses. (staff fee's, umpire assigning fee's, hotels, etc.)

• Once a game starts it is considered a full game. (exception)
   Specialty events may have different Policy

• 1 or 2 games played: Divided the entry fee by minimum # of games played.
   Future credit amount is the games remaining. For example, entry fee of
   $400 for a tournament where only one game is played of a 4 GG, the team
   would be entitled to a future credit of $300

• 4 games played: No Credit

• Once a game starts it is considered to be a game played..
 
ENTRY/PULL-OUT FEES
$50 Late-Pullout Fee (less than 5 days before the event) Teams pulling out after
the brackets are done or when sold out are responsible for the entire entry fee.

If we can replace your team, we will only charge the $50 late pullout fee.
Some brackets for special events may be done as early as 10 days in advance
of tournament start.


"NO-SHOW" FEE:
Teams that do not show up for a later game (thereby shorting another team
a game) will be charged a $100 fee. That fee will be given to the opposing team.
Teams that no show for events are responsible for entire entry fee and may be
subject to suspension.
 

MANAGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE TEAM IS LEGAL- Note that entries
are official when your enter at our website. Need help with roster, registering or
paying with credit card click here. If you are entering more then one team, you
must submit each team separately. Check website for game times on Tuesday eve.
$50 for all bounced check fee.

HOW DO I ENTER A TOURNAMENT?
Look for the Enter Tournaments link. Fill out all info asked and hit the submit button. Then print the entry sheet and mail it in with your full entry fee.

Bring cash or Money Order on Game Day if approved ahead of time. Teams may also secure a spot with a $200 (NR Deposit) Keep in mind that many events will close early and it is best to enter as early as possible. Always contact the tournament director and make sure he knows you are coming.

WHEN WILL BRACKETS BE POSTED?

Brackets are usually posted on the Tuesday night before the tournament at our get game times link.


WHAT DO I DO ONCE I HAVE MY GAME TIMES?
All teams must check in before their first game and provide copies of player birth certs and team insurance.. You will also need to print your roster which is available on the website this must also be turned in before your first game.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO DROP OUT OF A TOURNAMENT ONCE I HAVE ENTERED?
A team may drop out of a tournament anytime up until one week before with no penalty, Pull outs one week before or later is a $50 pull out fee, the brackets are generally done Tuesday afternoon, but they are sometimes posted earlier or later. Once brackets are completed, a team may not withdraw from a tournament unless the tournament director has a replacement team. If a team does withdraw once the brackets are completed, or when we are sold out they are responsible for the entire entry fee.


WILL MY FIELD LOCATION OR GAME SCHEDULE CHANGE?
ALL WORLD makes every attempt to keep changes to a minimum, but sometimes changes have to be made due to circumstances beyond our control. Always re-check your schedule right up until the Friday / Saturday morning before the tournament to make sure that no changes have been made.


HOW DO I FIND A TEAM TO PLAY?
ALL WORLD Sports has a message board listing teams that are looking for players.

DO YOU HAVE TO WIN A BERTH TO PLAY IN THE STATE TOURNAMENT?
You do not have to win a berth to participate in the State Tournament. All teams are eligible. You must fit your states Player Matrix and play in the proper division. Teams can also play up! To play in more than one State Tournament.


WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WE USE AN ILLEGAL PLAYER IN A TOURNAMENT?
Using an ILLEGAL player in a tournament is a very serious offense and will be treated as such. The team Could forfeit all games that the ILLEGAL player participated in and could be dropped from the tournament. The manager and player Could be liable for up to a one year suspension . The illegal player will be removed from the game.


WHAT IS THE PENALTY FOR UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT BY A MANAGER, COACH, OR PLAYER?
If a manager, coach, is ejected from a game, they will sit out that game and possibly the next game. The penalty could be longer depending on the severity of the situation. If the manager, coach, or parent is involved in a fight, the penalty could range up to a one year suspension. Physical abuse of our officials will not be tolerated and will be dealt with severely by suspending the guilty party and pressing criminal charges with the police if necessary. A player will usually sit out only the game they are ejected. The penalty for a player could be longer, depending on the severity of the situation.


WHEN CAN A TEAM DROP FROM A TOURNAMENT WITH NO PENALTY?
One week or earlier in advance. We consider 4 teams to be a tournament. We will play with three teams if all teams in the tournament agree to play.

WHAT IF A TEAM INTENTIONALLY FORFEITS?
If a team intentionally forfeits in pool play that team can be dropped from the playoffs and Owe a fee of up to $100.


HOW DO I PULL OUT MY TEAM FROM A TOURNAMENT IF WE ENTERED AND THEY CAN'T MAKE IT?
Call and email us! Make sure you get a confirmation from the director of event entered that we got your message!!


HOW DO WE PAY FOR TOURNAMENTS?
You can pay online by credit card, pay pal or pay with check or money order in advance. Checks must be in our hands 10 days in advance.
